The value for money at Hotel Am Oppspring was excellent - we were upgraded to a spacious apartment with a balcony, providing us with plenty of room to relax. The location was ideal, within walking distance to town, and the hotel staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to assist us.

The breakfast selection could be improved with a greater variety of options.

The location of the hotel is great being close to the center of the city. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the vicinity to choose from. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The bathrooms were clean with sufficient toiletries provided. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay, and the breakfast had a great variety of food on offer.

The hotel lacks a sufficient WiFi bandwidth in the room. The connection was very slow and frustrating to use.

Easter at this hotel was underwhelming. The hotel's location was not ideal, as it was far from the city center and public transportation. However, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the Wi-Fi connections were consistently reliable. it was a relatively average experience, with no standout positive factors.

The biggest disappointment of my stay was the lack of Easter activities and celebrations. I was hoping to partake in some egg hunts or themed events, but there was nothing offered.

The hotel had free use of spa facilities, including indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, and steam room. Massages were available and the staff provided robes, towels, and flip flops. The room was spacious with a large bathroom and terrace. The staff spoke English and were extremely helpful.

We truly enjoyed the well-equipped spa area and the elegantly decorated rooms with comfortable beds. the location was ideal for us as it was close to the city center and several key tourist attractions. Another advantage was the friendly staff who were always responsive to our needs and provided excellent service.

The WiFi connection in the room was quite poor which caused some inconvenience. We also found the breakfast selection to be a bit limited and would have preferred more variety.
